I thought the exact opposite when I gave SS a shot, give it time, you'll adjust, alternatively you can subtract an exercise or two to get used to the higher volume

Is it weird to go to the gym alone as a beginner? I know how to keep form as far as I can tell but what if someone is using the bench when I need it, do I just stand there like an autist or run on the tread mill for 5 minutes like an autist?
