It's been more than 3 years and I can honestly say I'm happy now. I've lost 100lbs and am sitting at a weight i'm stoked with. My job is creatively fulfilling and I love doing it. I got a cool chick and she's wet for my dick.
Whatever you decide on doing to get fit just stick with it. It paid off for me and it will pay off for you. Long-term consistency trumps short-term intesity.
