I finished Year 12 (Australia) at 98.2 kilograms and have since cut back significantly on my diet, gone ketogenic and run 16 laps per day. I am now at 83.6 kilograms. I should let you know now that I am interested only in getting a flat stomach and then keeping fit from there. I am finding it difficult to get into the 70s however, and was wondering if I just need to go harder, eat less and run more (perhaps start swimming) or if there are any tips that you lads and lasses could have for me. Also Americunts and Britfags if you want pounds/stones you can do the conversions yourselves.

you're not gonna get much better weight lose if you're already in ketogenisus and doing cardio. If you have fat left just keep doing the same otherwise you lied and you're not ketogenic. Natty weight lose it's difficult to get below 10% bf but I doubt you'd want any low anyway because 10% bodyfat = ab veins if you're not dyel that is

Get off the keto meme and do high carb. Building your diet around fat will fuck up your cholesterol and won't help fat any faster because the fat you eat is the fat you wear. You plateaued because you were losing water weight from muscle glycogen, which is bad because that means you can't work out as hard in burning the fat.
