It doesn't work the same in skin yes sunlight is absorbed more quickly by dark colors but dark skin dissipates it just as fast. Lighter skin doesn't release sunlight quickly which is why paler skin tends to burn easily up until the melanin adjusts and skin starts tanning

I'm Dominican (so pretty much Black) and I've noticed that I don't sweat a lot compared to my white friends, but I'm pretty sure some black guys I know sweat a lot too. SO I'm not sure, maybe it's a genetic thing.

I'm not sure to be honest. I see dyels always walking around drenched in sweat when they barely do any lifting. I noticed that crowded areas tend to be the hottest in the gym. So basically avoid people i guess.
