Get scouted by an model-agency.
Go in do interviews and take some test shots. They ask me how tall i am. Tell them im 193. They say im too tall and i have to lie on my model profile to say that im 189 cm (apparently the sweetspot for male models).
First day doing serious shoots for a well known brand. They picked my headshot among a few others. I get there, do makeup etc etc . While in fitting the guy gets visibly upset, he says he'll be right back. A few minutes later the photographer comes over and asks how tall i am, i tell them im 189, and he says don't lie to me. I tell the truth and they ask me to leave.
I get full pay for the day, the agency haven't bothered to get me another job since im too tall.
