Hot shower
I can't take a hot shower after a workout, feels like I'm suffocating.

warm but I turn it to cold for about 20-30 seconds right before I get out, so I don't start sweating again when I'm trying to dry off
my fucking gym doesn't have a rack in the shower or a hole for body wash so you have to put it on the ground so i just avoid showering at t he place it's gross

cold shower will rek that pump, but apparently its best for your circulation
hot showers apparently relax your muscles and can alleviate muscular soreness

cold shower is better for you skin also I can only take cold shower after I've worked out so whatever
cold shower always. I just enjoy cold showers more though.

BROTHERRRR
Athletes take ice baths and go to cryo chambers to recover faster and prevent aches, right? Wonder if it has something to do with inflammation. Then again sauna has a relaxing effect too.
I prefer hot + cold but no idea if that's the best.

I almost always take cold showers after lifting and warm ones after running/ on rest days. It just feels right to take an icy cold shower after lifting
