I feel like all of the people shitting so hard on Blaha are old fans of his and deep down still are fans, which is why they continue to follow this goof. Like there was once a time when he was actually a likable guy who seemed humble and honest; only to turn out to be delusional fuckwit that has to police his comment section whenever someone calls him out on his bullshit.
The thing is though is that he does put out informative content and useful information for lifting, and even prescribes solid advice. He just doesn't practice what he preaches. He does 6 working sets, 30 minute lifting sessions 3 times a week. The only people who will make gains on that kind of training are complete noobs and lazy people on steroids (i.e. Jason Blaha).
