Piana said on his latest video that he is going to aim to drop from 310 to 240 lbs now. His new focus is going to be on making his body more aesthetic and proportionate. He said he wanted to prove he could add on mass and he thinks he's done that.
Also I'd be willing to bet it's uncomfortable as fuck and he's worried for his health. He also made a video a while back about steroids where he says you should go off them for as long as you go on. Take long breaks. I'm sure this is part of what he wants to do after his bigger by the day challenge.
