Colorless piss is a meme. It's normal to piss yellow, as long as it's not dark yellow. You only need a litre or two fluid a day in a cold climate; more if exercising/sweating obviously.

I've given up all sweetened drinks and all sugary foods, all I have is milk in my coffee. No soda, no juice, no lemonade. I now drink from a one half liter bottle of water which I refill when it's empty, and carry it around with me. I haven't measured how many of those bottles I drink a day, but I think it's like 8 to ten. Now I've lost 13lbs in two weeks :^) on a calorie deficit, but not extreme deficit. I eat a lot of greens, like bell peppers, love them! and strawberries, blueberries, salads, cucumbers (fresh) and carrots.
