I'm Mexican and we carry our weight differently, so when I'm 265 - 270 I really look about 215 - 220 ripped.

Muscles weigh more than fat and being heavier helps fight off defenders trying to take the puck. Helps me be extra fast and fight off the check while maneuvering the puck one handed.
