I eat at least 3500+ of calories easily...
Cook a bunch of chicken thighs ahead of time, like 3-4 days worth... Cook a bunch of rice and use canned beans
To heat up I put a few tablespoons of canola oil into a pan, add a cup of rice and a whole can of beans, add 3 chicken thighs... Right there is about 1400 calories... So I eat two meals like that a day... I'll also have about 3 whey shakes and for breakfast have a whey shake and eat 3-4 hardboiled eggs or make an omelet+cheese on a bagel
For a snack I'll eat a bag of microwaved popcorn near bedtime...
What I just described was over 3500 calories a day coming in at over 250 grams of protein...
If I really wanted gains I could prob throw in a third big plate of food and hit around 4500-5000 total
