Will I lose body fat % by eating Salmon or Chicken, and Broccoli everyday?
That's my goal is lose weight fast.
Meal 1: Oatmeal
Meal 2. Salmon + Broccoli
Meal 3. Salmon/Chicken and Broccoli
I only drink Coffee, Tea, Milk and Water.
I run for 30 minutes a day plus abs and push ups.

This depends entirely on how much of this shit you eat.
The fastest way to lose bodyfat, (Other than just cutting it off with a knife) is to count your macros and eat a huge amount of protein to prevent muscle loss while eating a large (500 calories or more) deficit each day. Take a day every couple of weeks to eat at maintenance to keep your body from adjusting too much.
