I have no energy. I can barely finish my lifts nowadays.
I sleep 23 to 7, I eat good healthy food three times a day, I drink a lot of water.
Please help, I don't want to feel this way.

It's not about the watts as they are, but rather your mental condition. Is your life feels like a failure recently?
