I'm DYEL and trying to bulk at 2800 is difficult for me. Plus, the smell of chicken (Cooked or raw) makes me gag.

Haven't worked out for a week because of how awful chicken is and everything else is so expensive. Even the smell of Tuna makes me throw up so I can't eat that either.

My TDEE is 2200. 2200 + 500 (Bulking) is 2700. I've been at it for a month with very minimal results. No noob gains. So I bumped it up a bit to 2800.

I'm 6'0, 160 lbs.

I know this is bait but I'm tired and want to kill myself but I don't want to give up.

I also do regular cardio (Jogging and HEMA) around 3 to 4 times a week.

Someone told me not to use the exercise options on the TDEE as they are "wildly inaccurate"

I forgot to mention. Is this why I get horrible fatigue, my depression worsens and I have suicidal thoughts whenever I try to bulk?

You should try keto to start off on a cut. Truthfully I'm a recovering fat ass. I weighed 220 at 5'6". I'm Asian btw now I'm at 180 and still losing. Because I work graveyard I actually eat around 1400 calories since I eat two meals a day and I avoid meals before I sleep which is when I get home at 8 in the morning. I should be eating around 2000 calories though.

breathe, relax, and get back on the horse. Make sure you dont just forget about this though, take the time to reflect. What triggered you to eat so much, was it a cetain food, emotion, or situation? Spot whatever your issue is and make yourself a plan to fix it. If you just didnt even realize you ate so much, make yourself a more solid food plan!

Not him but when I started I had basically been eating cheese pizza and saltines exclusively for 19 years. I couldn't handle chicken or fish and I had to keep forcing myself to eat it and tried cooking it in a ton of different ways just to get it down.

What... how hard is it to not shove food down your throat? It takes more effort to eat that much than not to, so how is it hard to cut? Seriously all you have to do is eat good healthy food and don't eat like a fucking pig. Eat some eggs in the morning, then some meat and veg and shit for lunch and dinner and maybe a sandwich for supper with some fruit and a protein shake thrown in between.
