100g of rice, can of tuna (without oil), 15g of walnut oil
645 kcal, 47g of protein.
Any tips to make this shit go down easier? I eat it every night and its nasty. Tried adding yoghurt, makes it less dry but it still takes me 45min to eat

It is two whole duck breasts. I roasted a whole duck, used the legs for confit, the bones and fat for stock and duck fat.

One for me, one for my husband. This meal is for two people.
Just ate one so I only have a pic of the ingredients. Pita rolled like a chalupa, filled with ground turkey, avocado, tomato, cheese, and taco sauce. Super tasty. Really good macros obviously, and the fat is from avocado so that's good for you or something I don't know.
