A few of you may remember me from when I was pregnant. So I cut down like 15 pounds just to get rid of the stomach. It's almost gone but should I just keep cutting until the middle of May then bulk or vice versa?

Have you tried lifting weights? It generally helps when bulking or cutting.

Yeah but I stopped for like 3 months. This a pic of when I was lifting and bulking not impressive but I had a significant more amount of mass in my arms. Can't really show rest of body since this is the only pic had. I weighed about 155 there now I'm at about 134

While I was cutting not really just started actually working out this week. Mostly just been doing a lot of cardio. Basketball, running Swimming. Cutting at about 1200 cal a day at the most. TDEE being 1650 while BMR At about 1400

If my TDEE is 1650? Can I blean bulk at about 3000cal (mostly food) and burn about 400-500 through cardio and working? giving me 2500? Or is that too much of a bulk for my size and weight?

Posture used to be way worse. Came out kind of shitty because I was trying to take the picture right. But being consious of standing straight really helped. But I'm gonna start implementing some more stretches before my workouts to fix it once and for all. Any suggestions?

you will just get fat at 3000cal and end up hating yourself. start slowly at 2200cal and always keep your weight in check by weighing regulary. increase your cal accordingly if you don't see any weight changes in a few weeks. but trust me, do not go overboard with the cal, better have a slow lean bulk than a fatty fat bulk

Ok I see but like I said I usually burn about 400 a day just doing basic cardio and working out so 2200 would end up being 1800. Isn't that a bit too little?

Also all this chocolate milk is because I want to add some milk in order to hopefully add a few inches (hey it's worth a shot and I think it fits my macros right)
