Guys 3 days ago i decided to increase my dumbbell weight and i added 3kg (now 13kg each) i started working out, i could do the exercises but honestly it was hard af and the next day my muscles were hurting so fucking much, i mean they always hurt but they never did this much. did i do something wrong? did i fuck up my muscles?

Rest a couple of days and try again - nothing to worry about unless it does not get better with more practice.

Also, the weight of dumbbells should vary with the exercises - you shouldn't be using the same weight for lateral raises and shoulder press (as an example). Also, adding 3kg when you started with 10kg is a pretty large increase all at once.

You increased the weight, which are you are obviously supposed to do if you feel you are ready for that.

Why dont you understand that the higher weight is going to feel very heavy for you and cause muscle soreness for some time.

I went to 34kg DB flat bench just 2 days ago ( from 32kg) and i i can barely press 5 reps with that weight.

Thats how you build muscle. You increase the weight, you train with that weight until it gets too easy, and then you increase the weight again and your muscle grow along.

Increasin weights doesnt mean your muscles got bigger. In the long run it does but mostly u probably just sacrified form to lift more. Growing muscle is harder than lifting heavy weights.
