So i'm 5'11" and i play basketball. My vertical jump is 28" and i really want to add maybe four inches so then i could dunk. What excersices can i do??
It's been really bothering me cause about a year ago i started to touch the rim, but it's not enough to dunk

Squats, RDLs/deadlifts for strength. Powercleans, box jumps, broad jumps, bounding and other plyos. Also practicing the actual run up/take off with and without a bball
I did this for 6 weeks (as well as lifting) and I gained a couple of inches in my vert. I'm not sure on the exact numbers, but my dunks got a little bit easier.

you might not be able to add 4 inches to your jump since vertical is so dependent on genetics
