I just made myself some chicken tacos. It's so fucking good and so fucking healthy it gives my metabolism a boner

Breakfast was some lowfat cottage cheese. Had a conference call and no time to make my normal egg white omelet.
Lunch was some left over beans and rice from the freezer. Not my normal cut food, but I had it leftover from permabulking.
Dinner will be chicken and broccoli.
Nothing because went to red lobster last night so probably going to fast for today.

900g brown rice (weighed dry)
1800g chicken breast
2 cups salse
12 cups frozen veges
1300g black beans (weighed cooked)
Add sriracha to taste.

1 head romaine lettuce
1 tomato chopped into a small dice
1 large cucumber - half grated, half sliced paper thin
4 oz of top sirloin shwarma
4 oz greek yogurt
Mix greek yogurt, juice of half a lemon, shredded cucumber, salt, garlic powder, and dill.
Toss with lettuce, sliced cucumber and tomato.
Top with shwarma. Enjoy.
Half cup oatmeal w/ handful of blueberries

Breakfast was one cup of milk, 2 slice of whole wheat bread with cheese.
Lunch was 2 pieces of chicken breast and salad of tomato, cucumber and lettuce.
pre-workout was 1 egg and 1 slice of whole wheat bread with cheese.
post-workout was 1 banana and 1 milk(will buy whey only next week).
And dinner now is just salad of tomato, cucumber and lettuce.
This is being pretty much my food for the last 1 and half week, cutting. Lost 1.5kg so far, that's good.
