hello, faggots. I like being in the gym and working out like an autistic fag so if any one of you homos could recommend an upper/lower split so I can go to the gym 6 times a week that'd be swell

Just go do cardio or sit in the sauna on your off days brah
>>
6 times a week? gzcl method
>>
>>36779944
no, das gay
>>36779989
but I feel as though those are days wasted. on off days I do grip strength training.
>>
>>36780044
PPL is ridiculously good though...
>>
>>36780083
I'll give it a look then, but something just doesn't sit right with me with PPL. Plus you only train, let's say bench, only twice a week.
>>
>>36780142
It's good for mass. I like to mix up my rep ranges on the compound lifts, go heavy on one day and the next time you hit the same muscle group, rep it out. Might also be worth considering following up each day with a light set of the previous muscle, so, let's say you Push on Monday, on Tuesday, do some rep work on bench before you start your Pull, then on Wednesday, rep out some Deadlifts before you start Legs, then Thursday, rep out squats before you work chest again
>>
>>36780142
try a PPLxUL split?
>>
>>36780259
hmm, sounds good.
>>36780293
another good idea.

What do you guys think of something like:
day 1: BP 3x5 OHP 3x8-12(lighter weight) Pullups 3x8-12
day 2: Squat 3x5 DL 3x5(lighter weight)
day 3: OHP 3x5 BP 3x8-12(lighter weight) pullups
day 4: DL 3x3 or 1x5 Squat 3x8-12

and then start all over again? It kinda looks like what >>36780259 said.

Am I being retarded and reinventing the wheel?
>>
>>36780371
That makes sense. Maybe do 5x5 on the heavy sets, and some accessories but I'd say that's a good baseline for the workout.
>>
>>36780404
cool, so I'm not that retarded, good to hear.

thanks lads.
>>
>>36780371
If you're goinf for PPLxULxx you could do your upper body day on low reps and main compounds(bench, OHO, rows, pull ups) and train the push and pull day on 8 to 12 reps
