My gym is actually stuck in the early 80's or so (equipment is over 3 decades old), it's just that only stupid kids come for a bit of bench pressing and curling before they head out clubbing every night. The rest only does boxing or at most bodyweight exercises.

At least I have the squat rack all to myself.

There's this one dude in my gym who slaps on 225 after three warmup sets at 135x2 and 185. He half squats them for sets of like 3. I don't get it. Like he doesn't even come close to parallel.

When I started there, I could occupy the thing for my whole workout, because nobody else squatted.
