I think my bar path is really off, since OHP came weeks before bench press.

6 months of training, currently on 7th month.

Does anyone have any tips for barbell row? It's my weakest lift, and I've already increased volume on it.

really depends on why your squat is lagging. for me it was bad ankle mobility and overall shit technique and random flexibility issues. i could do 95lbx5 last summer, and after learning how to stretch properly and getting a pair of adipowers im now doing 225lbx5. this is after squatting twice a week using light weights and doing about 10-15 minutes of stretching beforehand, and of course switching to low bar.

id personally focus on getting your squat up to snuff and do lighter deads after your squats. i find myself way more flexible and its easier to get my hips lower for deads if i do them after my squat reps, otherwise im basically doing a stiff legged deadlift and only using my back.
