Pretty much, I was in an out of hospital due to severe asthma. Didn't really let me do anything.
But I decided at the start of march to start weightlifting, read the sticky and got form checks etc
I should mention my routine
All 5x5
Mon: Squat + Row
Tue: Bench + OHP
Wed: Squat + Deadlift
Thur: Bench + OHP
Fri: Squat + Row
etc etc
I split up my Stronglifts routine because I only have an hour in the morning, and it fits in nicely

Instead of the rest day I do the bench and ohp
Less time in the gym and more energy for all my lifts

I did my first 90kg squat and 55kg row today
with my second attempted 70kg bench and second attempt 52.5kg ohp yesterday..
