There is nothing wrong with behind the neck press. It doesn't hurt you shoulder, but if you have existing shoulder problems, they will break out at some point if you behind the neck press

I do upright rows with 65lbs
And it feels like the only lift i cant get a good tempo with, am i lifting to heavy?

Great alternative to db raises if you've only got a barbell at home. Also kinda fun to do at a normal gym.

Take a wide grip and only pull till your upper arm is at/just below parallel.

Doesn't entirely eliminate the shoulder strain but does significantly reduce it.
