Is a mix of squats, pull ups, push ups and abs enough for a complete workout?
You cannot get enough volume for all individual lifts on the same day.
Shit like this is for noobs who just started lifting, after 6 months or so you'll no longer see results from a full body and will need to split up your days in order to get more volume out of each individual lift.
This isn't my opinion, it's just facts. I've tried doing low-volume + high frequency, it just doesn't work unless you're a total noob and your weak as shit.
