Lifting 13 months.
My bench has only gone up from 205 to 220 in the last 5 months, but my squat/DL keep going up..
I've been lifting for just over a month and have never tested my 1RMs
How would one go about doing this? should i try out my estimated 1RMs on symmetric strength?

If you're just starting, there's not really a need to test your 1RM. The estimated ones on symmetric strength are usually a bit high in my opinion compared to my actual 1RMs, but they're really close.

Most I tried on bench was 225 on second day. Am up to 205 with decent form for reps.
Done 155 ohp x 5
Squat is 180 x 5
Deadlift 290 x 5
So the bench on my second day that I did is the only time I tried a 1rm. Might try a 3 plate deadlift next time though.
