Hey /fit/, I was wondering what you guys think the best back exercise is.
>>36740444
chins, rows (any kind), lat pulldown, facepulls
>>36740444
Literally anything strongman relayed. Atlas stones, sandbag carry, zercher yoke carry, log clean and press, etc.
>>36740444
pullups and deadlifts
Now, is there anything I can do at home with little to no equipment?
>>36740444
Sternum chin-up, barbell bent-over row, snatch grip high pull.
Those have been my favourites for a good while.
>>36740518
Pull-up variations.

why would you work out your back?
its like the legs of the upper body
>>36740444
Nice digits. Also what's the consensus on seated vs upright rows?

Prone Cobra yoga position.
I'm really a fan of one-arm dumbbell rows.
You can change the position of the dumbbell to hit rear-delts, mid-back, or lats.
Christianity till resurrection.
>why would you work out your back?
Seriously? Chicks love a man with a strong back. A strong v taper back on a man is the equivalent of an hourglass figure on a woman.
Take a look at some surveys given to women about what male body part they find most attractive and back always ranks way up there.

I agree 100%.Aestheticfags and curlbros ITT have no idea what it's like to have strong back. You feel stronger everywhere in your body and with a back pump you feel like you can demolish walls
To stay on topic:
deadlifts and it's variations for overall back development, strong posture and raw strength
T bar rows for upper back and strength if done in 5-8 rep range
Weighted chin ups 6-8 rep range er explosive strength (VERY important) and stronger back in general. Also great for upper back.
