Question for you all.
What music do you listen to when lifting or working out in general? I'm gonna start running again soon, and I need some good tunes to listen to.

I find it easier to push things further when I listen to podcasts than music, I pay more attention to the discussion than running. Find a topic you enjoy or you can learn something new at the same times for brain gains. Stuff you should know is comfy.
I listen to the shitty music in the gym when I lift, earphones would fuck me off.
When i'm running, pic related.
Young thugger
extremely cheesy music during lifting. The only reason I put it on is to block out the radio music at the gym.
During cardio I just watch TV.

I've never thought of it that way. I'll give that a try sometime.

It put an extra mile onto my jog overnight because I lost track of time and really wanted to finish listening to a discussion on the Yakuza.
For my work sets, I like to listen to pro-wrestlers' entrance music

Haha I created an attitude era running playlist for just this reason.
What's ya'll's headphone situation while lifting?
Bluetooth? Built in memory? Corded? Where do you keep the player?
Slayer and Death Metal. I find the aggression helps me get a good pump going.

The Fight Song by Marilyn Manson is good, but I recommend his whole album Antichrist Superstar desu
