I've been lifting for about 2 weeks now (I'm already feeling stronger).
The problem is that I don't want to look like a freak. So I've been doing it twice a week only. I only use dumbells and do a lot of cardio (about 20 mins 3 times a week).
Do you have any advice for someone who doesn't want to be too big?
I just want something easy like pic related.
