After that it's front squats unless someone can give me another alternative that isn't zerker squats.

So you guys don't do any variations at all? That's pretty boring. I understand the not doing power cleans. Sure. I throw them into my workouts sporadically for two reason. They're a fun, and increasing your ability to fire muscles quickly and in a specific order just helps out with everything.
Also, I'm in the right thread. Tentatively eying off my second meet for July.
