I started out with my normal diet today, but by noon with a 6 pack of beer it became a cheat day. Ordered pizza 2 mediums with my favorite toppings and ate both myself. I felt sick and gross, I ate too much and ended up throwing up a few hours later. I had to induce vomiting an hour after that also. When I cheat, I eat like a garbage truck, so I feel ashamed right now. I'm going to get back on track tomorrow even though I know it will take 3 days to undo the damage I did today. I'm not going to have another cheat day till June, that's my 3rd year anniversary of my diet and I want to have a body I feel comfortable in.

3 cups of oatmeal
1 cup of quinoa
2 cups Jif Peanut Butter
3/4 cup coconut oil/butter shit
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped cashews
2 tbsp vanilla shavings
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp nutmeg
1 whole egg
1/8 cup egg whites
1/4 cup maple syrup

Not for a giant cheat meal or some shit but I plan out eating one for a post workout snack and the back makes 15-18 and I'm on a bulk
