Fellow /fit/izens, I have problems getting rid of my love handles.
I am a 5'6 manlet who went from 165 to 150 lbs in a few weeks. I obviously need to lose more weight to get a six-pack. However, I have started to notice that I am losing fat on my abs much faster than on my obliques.
My diet is very strict and clean at a ~500 calorie deficit while I work out 5-6 times/week.
I know love handles are hard to lose, so I would like some advice on whether I can lose them faster or not. Otherwise. I will be patient and let time do its thing.

Do cardio in the morning with an empty stomach. Around 45 minutes mid/high intensity depending how you feel. After do some broom twists and curls and shit. If you're concerned about muscle loss have 1 serving of BCAA before and protein shake immediately after you're done. It's working for me.

thanks man the moment i saw that pic I relized how much sexual vitaltiy I managed to restore these last 6 month
I guess that if worse comes to worst, I will just splurge on getting a full-body analysis on my fat percentage in one of those pods that measures different densities in your body.
Still, that is not cheap and would like to stick to cheaper methods to know where I am at and how to work from there.
