What's better for gaining muscle mass/strength, ICF 5x5 (3x a week with 3 days rest 1 day cardio) or doing a modified SL 5x5 where you do 3x8 compounds 3 times a week for 30-40 minutes, then do Biceps,triceps shoulders and back on "rest days" for 40-60 minutes and one day full rest?
