Yeah he moderate in size, he does take some gear, not a shit load though.
He works at the gym and spends hours on the treadmil (very inactive gym, not many members).
He does cardio 3-4 hours during his 8 hour shifts.

Decreases test actually, something like it reduces magnesium, thus zinc, thus reduces test. Probably some other factors as well. It affects metabolism, speeds it up IIRC, so in general that would suggest loss of gains. The other two points >>36692164 made are spot-on as well. It's hard to compensate, though - your cardio will always suffer.
