If you're lifting 1 plate, then that is 60kg.
1 Plate each side of the bar = 2x20kg + 1x20kg plate

I wasn't trying to cut.
The gym was being refurnished and there was no equipment.
So I went a month at 1200-1500kcal a day, sometimes even less, did absolutely nothing (walk to uni and back was the most I did) and lost approximately 0,5-1kg a week.

Also I used to be 84kg in high school and when I got to 80kg again I went mental and felt super fat and awfully looking and wanted to lose weight.

I've decided to start benching more, on three of my off days i go to the gym and do cardio and some light body-weight shit, and i'm going to add 5x10 benching at 50-60% of my 5 rep max to my off day routine, just for a bit more volume and hopefully it'll help
