I've been doing hard-boiled eggs for breakfast cause poorfag and I work at a yogurt shop, some no sugar added vanilla almond and bananas.
Then I pick up one of these birds and one of those steamer veggies in the bags, usually broccoli.
Rotisserie chicken grosses me the fuck out. Call me a child, but seeing the res mixed with the light is disgusting. I can eat red meat just fine, I can eat white mest just fine, but together just makes me want to vomit.

Dude on a PSMF here. Fat isn't bad at all on the diet - the thing is though, if you're eating 94 grams of fat you're going to be consuming an additional 900 calories. This is gonna slow your cut down, but it's not going to disrupt ketosis or refill glycogen and make you gain water weight or anything.
If you want to avoid the majority of that fat just don't eat the skin.

There's nothing wrong with occasionally getting more fat than recommended on a PSMF.
Lyle McDonald recommends eating 1 to 2 regular meals weekly. When I kept these meals no carb/low carb and instead upped the fat content instead (say, by eating a pound of steak instead of a pound of lean chicken breast or tilapia) I saw a marked improvement in the cut - more energy, no bloating compared to carb heavy regular meals, and slightly accelerated weight loss.
It's like eating extra fat once or twice a weak lets the body know it's okay to sink deep into ketosis. Just keep it a weekly/bi-weekly thing and you'll be fine, brah.

An average rotisserie chicken has about 40% of its weight as bones and connective tissue. IE stuff you won't eat. So 1500 calories is a fair estimate.
