I lifted everyday at 12yo bcuz I lived in an efficiency with my Dad and he kept a bar with a set of plates in the room. I'm 5'10" he's 5'7"
buddy of mine started powerlifting at 14, he's 6 foot now. ALWAYS MAINTAINED GOOD FORM. NEVER TRAINED THROUGH AND INJURY, ALWAYS HAD GOOD NUTRITION.
