You are not 16% at 170 pounds and that height. You are grossly overweight and should weigh 120 pounds. Lose 50 pounds and see how saggy your butt is then.

Squats, lots of squats and lose weight. Give it time. Might take up to 6 months before it starts looking better and even longer until you reach your goal.

well then build your ass muscles, it's what gives the butt it's desirable shape. Squat, deadlift, barbell hip thrusts. Don't do any of this stupid body weight shit either, get under a barbell and go heavy. If you build strength in your legs and ass your butt will look a million times better

Right now when you sit you have a posterior pelvic tilt pushing the buttocks down more. When you sit with an anterior tilt itll push your butt up and make it more perky.
