I'd end your NPP use 1-2 weeks before your Test, yup.
You're not going to feel NPP at all with only 250mg, fair warning. Your cycle is also really, really short for it to be worth just about anything.
NPP/deca is also primarily used in dirtier, wet bulks, and generally in the off-season because you'll sure as shit need to cut, unless you're just going to run DNP for a few weeks before summer time.
Keep in mind with esters, if you have to pin less, it's naturally going to reside in your blood for longer and shut you down. It's just common sense.
If I were you, I wouldn't be running deca this close to summer unless you actually do plan on running DNP, or simply don't care about bf%. Look into tren, if you can handle the sides. Much drier and it'll keep you leaner than nand will, if you can handle the harsher sides of tren
