What are you guys' routines for forearm day?
Just got back from the gym, have a good pump going right now (pic related).
I hit forearm day 3x a week but i just can't seem to get them to grow, any advice /fit/?

I'm trying to build my forearms as well. I use those gripper-things, a rice bucket, and hammer curls ontop of my kettlebell routine (no gym).
Lift heavy on compounds, they should get big.
