I look more aesthetic and get done more than you in 45minutes then you do in your entire 3 hour workout.
I take an hour maybe an hour 10 and i see people that have been there before me still working out when i leave

my workouts range from 45 minutes to an hour, I'm the same way. don't mind the low-test faggots saying workouts need to take up your whole day.
I average around 90 minutes total. I have to change before and after and mire in mirror so that's about 20 minutes combined. Then I'll foam roll and stretch for about 10 minutes and maybe do some core work, another 10 minutes.
Then I'll do my primary lift, which is dead lifting, for about 15 - 20 min.
This is already an hour.
Takes me about another 30 minutes to hit chest, shoulders, and back.

I should also add that this is going to the gym 3 - 4 days a week.
When I go it's a 5 minute warmup on eliptical, then my workout, and if I feel like it, 20 minutes of cardio, so I'm generally there about 45-60 minutes.

An hour is fine if you're supersetting 4 exercises probably. I usually take at least two doing 6 exercises with 5 minute rests. Gotta rest that 5 minutes man.
