If I am not eating a full portion (5 crackers) does it count as 0 calories? I am new to fitness and lifting. Can you guys explain me nutritional value?

Are you eating crackers or cracklins?
Of course it doesn't count, OP. Stop being retarded.
I would like to ask /fit/ something though - why am I gaining so much weight? I order three Big Mac's every day, but I always leave ONE bite left over so that I don't actually get the calories. My doctor says that I'm getting really unhealthy though despite explaining to him how I diet. Should I seek a second opinion?

Are you retarded? Why would it be 0 calories? It wouldn't be 70 calories if you ate less than the 5 cracker serving but obviously you'd get some calories from the ones you did eat. It's not 0 calories until the 5th one, which is then a 70 calorie cracker. 70 / 5 = 14 calories each

you saying wat son of bastard bich?

Yes. That is a fitness hack. You can eat a ton of food as long as you go under the portion size because it all counts as 0 calories. Ive eaten ice cream, chips, candy, bologne, half a hotdog, a couple of wings and still not fat because it is all 0 calories.

You have to make sure you're leaving the bite with the calories in it
The real trouble with crackers is you can't boil the calories out of them.
