what was it like when you had your first real satisfying meals after finishing a long cut?

I could really use some motivation here. literally like 1-1.5kg left.

I cut for 3 months. Literally hungry constantly. First meal when I started bulking again was a large dominos pizza with sausage, green peppers, and black olives, box of cinnastix on the side. I felt so fucking satisfied and tired afterwards. I ate the whole thing, had a huge glass of whole milk, laid down on the couch with a blanket and watched a movie. Best feeling I've had eating.

Im not sure how healthy this is but I cut down 3-5 more pounds extra than my goal weight so that way i can pig out for a week or 2 and still hit my goal cutting weight.

Nah. The only reason I cut is to get rid of the fat from bulking but try to maintain all the muscle mass. Don't want the fat gain to get out of control. I'm married so I don't really care too too much about how I look but still don't want to be a slob

I never understood the skellies who complained about how hard bulking is until now, at the end of my first blast, and despite all my usual tricks like massive amounts of milk, oil and peanut butter I'm still struggling to eat enough to gain weight.

I cannot wait to start cutting because holy fuck bulking is going to kill me

why do people think cutting is hard? i went from 30% to 20% just by cutting out weekly binge drinking and shitty processed snacks, and eating more protein. haven't tracked shit and my lifts are the same, can feel my fat mass shrinking.

i'll probably have to start looking a little more closely when i get down to like 14 or 15% but i'll cross that bridge when i come to it

Cutting at a high body fat % is the easiest shit. Come back to me when you're cutting from 15% to 10%.

when i get to 15%, i will just cut portions a little bit more and increase protein a little bit more. explain to me why that wont work if i continue to lift nd dont lose any significant strength, without memes or ad hominem

Hormones motherfucker. Your hormones, which regulate metabolism (weight gain / weight loss) , act fucking screwy the longer you're on a cut and the thinner you are. Going from 30-20% is easy because at 30% you are such a fat fucking mess that your hormones aren't really affected. The leaner you become the harder it is to lose weight and variations to dieting, that seemed minuscule when you were heavier, become much more pronounced.

Sugar tastes sweeter, its really easy to perceive salt and grease.
Basically, the holy trinity of fast food is mildly abhorrent to you.
