I had a great experience with lgd my first go. I just finished 45 days of cardarine+LGD+andarine triple stack on keto with a 500 calorie deficit.
Got alooot leaner and my lifts went went up.
With my lgd experience first go around it was about two weeks in when I felt anything. One big thing lgd did give me was very achy joints.

Do SARMs stack well with traditional steroids?

From what I've read it is usually a goood pct option or bridge to steroids but I haven't used them for that manner.

have 4 weeks left of LGD, took it for 4 weeks with MK677. the mk made me retain a ton of water, which made me look way more jacked than i actually am. pissed out 6lbs a few days after i stopped taking it.

So how common are side effects on SARMs? Would I need to have a PCT after using SARMs?

I'm the post from before,
On my only lgd cycle of 10mg for 8 weeks I used a OTC pct since one of the big points of sarms is minimal suppresion. I had no sides besides for the achy joints I said.
Although on my triple stack cut I did 10mg lgd, 10mg cardarine, 50mg andarine(s4). Since I was told this was quite a bit more suppressive I'm running 4 weeks pct of clomid at 12.5mg every day. As for the sides, lgd always makes my joints ache, although I don't know why it seems to be just me. I never got the yellow vision people talk about on s4, but my eyes took a long time shifting from bright (outside sunny day) to dark(going inside). Sometimes like 10 seconds before I could see faces clearly. I also got headaches which felt like pressure around my eyes which would sometimes last 10 or so minutes.

my ankles started retaining a bit too much water near the end of the cycle, to the point where it made jogging difficult and painful. it made my skin clear up and look fresher, but aside from increased muscle size (temporary due to water retention) i didnt notice anything else. but the pumps id get on that stuff were insane, ive been working out for almost a year and my friends didnt make comments about it until the third week of MK. my arms looked awesome.

now that ive shed the water weight, i havent had a decrease in strength, so thats appreciated.
