Most of those athetes are stacked as fuck, yet they do stupid shit like crossfit.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nv95K5QBmP0

Are they really convinced of what they're doing? Does it pay extremely well or something?

Explain.

why the fuck not, OP? I bet most of the winners are normal gym rats and just do crosscut competitions for the money. Pic related.
>>
>>36670191
Think of professional athletes. they are the AAA grade humans, the best of the best of the best.

The best of the best? well they can't quite make it to the pro leagues anymore, not with the massive international community that exists now. So they can be a 2nd class minor league player, the hero of an amateur sports team, or be one hell of a crossfitter

almost every professional cross fitter is a washed out something else. like a failed hockey player, who turns to crosssfit to have a career as a professional athlete because he couldn't make it in the more "established" sports

Also, they are all roiding and none of them do crossfit to train for crossfit. Crossfit is an inefficient training method that works for normies because it keeps things interesting every session and makes working out more fun

That's the thing though. Most crossfit athletes aren't the best. They've got novice lifts.

Most of the people who end up in the podium have 240kg Deadlifts, something you can easily get in 4 years of training.
>>
>>36670387
they also do a bunch of of other lifts not just exclusively DLs
>>
>>36670387
>240kg deadlift
>easily in 4 years of training
more like easily in 4 years of dedicated training with proper knowledge of dieting and exercise which is hard, also 240kg deadlift is a lot for the shorter males

different story though if you are on tren and test but even then it'll take a long time to achieve 240kg deadlift unless you're naturally talented or have previous experience in lifting or sports
>>
>>36671144
Most regular lifters get a 200kg deadlift after 2 years of training dude.

for a shorter male 75kg at low bodyfat could very well be very near to their "natural maximum" that they can have and for someone of that weigh to pull 240kg it's close to "Elite" as in the 'strength standards' which is above exceptional which says "For many lifters, this level is near the maximum genetic potential without the use of performance-enhancing drugs"

also most regular lifters meaning lifters that know what they are doing and have the motivation to do it and there's A HUGE difference between pulling 200kg once and pulling 240kg

how often do you see people pulling over 200kg on deadlift unless you go to a serious powerlifting gym?
>>
>>36670191
they train with normal olympic lifts and most of them are on PEDs, they don't just train with crossfit like you would be led to believe

Why do the women all look like men? They turn into squares with no tits, and have more shoulders than anything...

Is that because all they do is Cleans and OHP?

If your program isnt complete shit and you dont start out with the strength levels of a 12 year old gurl then you are suppsoed to be able to pull 4 PL for 1 in your first year of lifting.
>>36671535
Yes, plus the gear they are on

>If your program isnt complete shit and you dont start out with the strength levels of a 12 year old gurl then you are suppsoed to be able to pull 4 PL for 1 in your first year of lifting.

nowhere does it state that, also that again purely depends on what kind of a build the person has
>>
>>36671204
We're talking about paid athletes here, probably enhanced, that have similar lifts to anonymous regular, natural lifters

Don't go elsewhere with your bullshit

And to answer, I got to a commercial gym in a DYEL country, and every fuck older than 30 can DL that much.
>>
>>36671618
Dude are you new here or something? Its always been said you can hit a 1/2/3/4 in your first year of lifting under good conditions. i.e., your get good sleep nutrition and arent insanely weak to begin with.

somebody mentioned in general that it's easy to get 180kg within a year and 240kg within 4 years
>>36671656
it's fairly common goal for average healthy adult males that actively will diet and exercise with proper routine and so forth, which again isn't easy and even then there are people who will struggle for years to hit 200kg deadlift

You basically just said 2 things. Are you on my side or the other guys? As I said with a proper lifting program, good diet and sleep, and assuming you arent insanely weak you should 1/2/3/4 in your first year. If you struggle for years you are a fucking moron and deserve to stay weak. This isnt reddit or a hug box so anyone who gets mad at me saying this is a faggot.
