I try to add 2.5kg each session, but it took me a while to get the form right, and I had some fatigue a few weeks back, hence why the deadlift is so close to the Squat.

BTW I'm only just in "intermediate", and the reason I've progressed fairly decently is due to doing various programs through my younger teens (only like shitty BroSplits tho, and I'd only do em 4 weeks at a time before falling off routine).

All ive been doing is eat and take creatine, do smolov for squats and smolov jr for bench 2-4 times (the base cycle), do a single set of deads once a week (if you feel like you can while on smolov, if not do it when you're not doing smolov) and do a back off set with slightly lower weights, and add some high rep barbell rows and seated rows after.

Weighted hypers are also great, 1-3 sets 6-8 reps, holding your self at the top of each rep for 1-3 seconds.

There is no secret to any of this, eat, lift and sleep.

As for diet, i would usually drink 2-4 liters of whole milk a day and just get the rest of my protein in whatever meat i feel like eating.

Yeah that's what you do in SS for Squat and DL. Rip. Recommends going up about 10kg for deadlift at first.

Really just go up with what you're comfortable with. I was going up 5kg a session with bench for a bit, but now I'm nearing my bodyweight it's slowed to 2.5kg a session.

Whatever, American, played through high school (lol, redneck school with no competition) and college (lol, D2 southern school that imported a bunch of South Americans so I spent more time riding bench or playing intramural). Joined the military, played for local teams where I was stationed. So short answer is no serious teams.

Yes I know. I don't know which program to use honestly. I want to do Texas Method, but I also want to try Canditos six week program. I don't get a lot of sleep either and I don't eat enough, so naturally I have stalled. This have changed the past two weeks but that's because I'm no longer doing hospital rotations. I'm a nursing student and work a lot of shifts. I've been stuck on 1rm 2pl8 high bar squat since february. I achieved 2pl8 1RM on low bar back in november but I haven't trained low bar since I got my oly shoes.

My exercises of choice
4x12 smith ohp super set w, your choice of delt lift
8x (16,14,12,10,8) increasing in weight shrugs
Heavy incline bumbell press for anterior delts
Lateral dumbbell raises 4x15 ( I think volume helps here)
Face pulls are also good. Consistent activation across days is good, meaning split these lifts up between your larger muscle groups (do some with chest and some with back) and try to increase weight in increments of 5 biweekly. Enjoy your gainz. Test progress with standard military dumbell ohp.
