This is a hate story in the way that it shows how nasty fat people are. It's not about a fat person doing fatty things, really, so don't read if you want a typical FPS. This is also a little muh feels.
I also have to say that I am a grill, not for attention, but because it's relevent to the story, and so you guys don't go all r9k. To throw more bait in, I suffer from depression and other mental illness conditions, so get all the shit out of your systems right now.

Sorry if that was boring. I'm pretty broken up about it. You don't expect this shit from your own family. Kicking you while you're down and all. She nevert used to be such a nasty bitch, and she never used to have that materialistic "better than you" attitude. She got REALLY nasty when I pointed out her weight. I just can't believe how she's changed.
To paint a picture og how bad my depression was, two years ago I was suicidal and in a mental hospital. I've worked fucking hard to get well, lose weight, keep a job, and return to study, and my sis thinks none of that is worth shit because building a house trumps it. Even now I don't want to take cheap shots and say to her "at least I'm not a fat bitch" and shit. I just feel so awful.

Can definitely relate, I have similar issues, although was never hospitalized.
I think a large part of the problem is that your sister seems to be entirely outwardly focused with little to no motivation for self improvement and inward focus.
She's probably trying to use your flaws as leverage against you because she's "tried" and failed to become like you physically, and wants to one up you in any way she can.
Just realize that you're not the one at fault, she's incapable of understanding your issues when you've spent so long trying to tend to hers. This isn't on you, and you just need to do your best to maintain inward focus and move forward.
From what it sounds you're making it, and you seem to have struggled through a lot, so good on you for that. You'll definitely come out the other side, you seem like you have a strong will beneath everything.
Not sure how much any of this helps, but maybe it's comforting to read that it's not your fault, you're doing your best, and an anon is proud of you.

If anything it understates obesity. There's lots of skinnyfat people who have bf that's way too high, but technically a "normal" BMI.
On the other hand, a fat-free body mass index (BMI calculated without bodyfat) of 25 is basically the max for natty men. So if your BMI is in the 30s, you have best case 20% bodyfat or are juicing.
A FFBMI of 22 puts you in the top 5 to 10% of men. That means that even if you're only "overweight" with a BMI of say 28, even an elite amount of muscle would still imply 22% bodyfat. Drop down to a 80-90% percentile of muscle mass, and you're looking at 25+% bf.
If you have a BMI over 30, you either:
A) Take roids
B) Are genetically gifted and have years of training
C) Have AT LEAST low 20s bodyfat, probably more like 35+%

I dropped out of college years ago because I felt so isolated and depressed. I lost a lot of weight, but have put on thirty pounds since I started lifting and am in a better place mentally. My brother and I share a mere shadow of the relationship we once had and shitty thoughts have really bee nagging at me for the past 4 months, but I'm hanging in there.
Fortunately for me, the depression completely killed my appetite and I've been steadily loosing weight for some time now. I'm fearful of what happens after I reach the point where I'm at the minimal amount of weight I'm comfortable with, but for now I can at least be happy with my body image.
I've thrown working out into the mix and I make sure that the food I eventually eat is as healthy as possible. I've just taken to salads and wraps with meat or a slice of lean meat wrapped around a cucumber when I'm really not hungry.
The working out is great because, with such little body fat, the results seem to be more easily noticeable which is nice for someone who has trouble dedicating them self to long-term processes. I'm also sleeping much better now that I'm exerting more physical energy.
Sorry to dump my shit here, I just needed to express it in some way.
Good luck staying inline with your goals, I truly hope all the effort you seem to putting into your life yields favorable results. I can't say much about your sister, some people really make you feel more alone the longer you know them.
