majority of /fit/ is just bragging about attractiveness and "breh, make sum gainz". Are there any actually intellectual people on /fit/ willing to discuss the merits of athletic strength and capability? or is it just a bunch of bodybuilder fags with no mobility?
Have you pondered about how much protein is in 10 milliliters of semen?
Let's engage in an empiracle study between ourselves and see how much natty gains you can produce solely drinking my semen as supplement nutrition
Yes, as a guy who did football training for years I know that being athletic definitely isn't just about getting bigger muscles.

I'll bite. Athletic performance is a balance between raw strength, power production, endurance, proprioceptive balance, and reaction time.
Some sports optimize some aspects over others, eg powerlifting or ultramarathon runners. Personally I think strongman and rugby are good balances

Flexibility is in the sticky, but often neglected on this board though.

Cheerleading is a great sport, especially for jumpstarting most anon's social gains.

Cringe thread?
I'm a dancer so "athletic strength and capability" are obviously more important to me than muscle size, but what the fuck does that have to do with "intellectual people"?
