Vancouver. Pay like $10 for two little chicken breasts.
Literally kill me
This is 59cents a can at my Aldi's right now, get it.
1 can (15.5oz) contains:
>455 calories
>21 grams of fiber
>24.5 grams of protein
Not bad, a lot of sodium, but that is in the preservatives that you can rinse out using a colander. Consider making the beans from scratch, all I do is set up a pot and let them soak overnight then boil them in the morning. The cans are good to hold me over when I get lazy/underestimate how many beans I'm gonna eat.
Alberta
It's like 15$ for a kilo of chicken breast
Fuck this place
Turin. I pay 3-4 euros per kilo of chicken, so 450g of it would be around 2 euro

I did some research on the meat delivery service before choosing, I think musclefood were the least concerned about where they source the food and there were some opinions that quality is not top notch.
I am currently with athleat.co.uk and so far so good. I am >>36645224 btw
>>36645985
I know, still gives the most amount after cooking.
EU=900gr ends up as 700gr after cooking.
All other frozen chicken breasts end up half the weight they were pre cook.
And everything fresh cost at least 20€
>>36646647
Yes it is good stuff. That is where I am currently buying my meat from. Chicken breasts are approx. 200g each and come packed in 2.5kg slabs.
publix boneless chicken breast for a package of 3 breasts = $8.96 (subject to weight of course)
The individual breasts typically range from 8-12 oz. I'd say $9 gives you 3 individual ~9.5oz boneless/skinless chicken breasts.
Switzerland
$20/kg at the absolute cheapest.
$39 if you want to buy chicken that has been treated at least remotely decent.

Pay about 40 pesos which is around 2.5 dollars for 1 kg of chicken at a farm, could be cheaper at wall Mart though.
Ausfag here.
If I go to the supermarket, I can get it for about $4 from the deli section, and about $10 (give or take) from the prepackaged deli section.
Problem is, the deli section doesn't seal their stuff well, so I have to use it THAT day (it's basically wrapped in a plastic baggie and then wrapped in butcher's paper, not exactly airtight). The prepackaged tends to last a few days, and freezes and defrosts a little better due to how it's packaged.
So basically it depends.
>>36644929
[6,7]€ / kg
>>36645119
It's a little more where I buy it in Texas but it's pretty cheap. My dog eats raw breast and drumsticks for dinner too.
