Hey fit skeletor here. I am only able to do lateral raises with 5kg dumbbells. Is this normal? What else can I do to improve this (besides, ofcourse, lateral raises)?

You're retarded and think you can train like a roider. I know you're trying to mimic rich piano, but soon you'll realise that you need pump and not burn to build muscle as a natural lifter. The burn is about getting blood to the muscle, which helps build muscle for roiders.

Doing the FULL ROM lateral raises is not only HARDER but trains delts to a better extent as you do the hard initial part of the lift and still use dealt in the overhead part of the lift.

you think OHP is a trap exercise?

lactic acid is not something that only helps roiders. in fact, a pump is literally defined by getting blood to the muscle so that it expands, so what the fuck are you talking about?

in fact, contrary to what you seem to be promoting, the majority of muscle gain does not come from the actual lifting of X amount of kgs. its about the time you spend under tension while exerting so much force. why the fuck would someone prioritise heavy on such an important and fragile muscle group when muscle gain is not dependent on the flat amount of weight you lift, but a balance between a weight you can handle and the time you can handle it for.

Strongmen are showmen. Olympic lifters don't train the strict press they train the push press. The push press is largely leg drive and momentum.
